Sync Energy AI is most commonly used for electric utilities worldwide to predict power outages, identify at-risk trees for proactive (or off schedule) vegetation management and scheduling and optimizing restoration workflows. Reliability Forecasts combined with Peak forecasts enable utilities to be more resilient to extreme operating conditions.
Our products are also being used by facilities operations teams, and electricity maintenance and continuity teams at critical facilities (hospitals) and commercial facilities (hotels, warehouses, manufacturing units) to predict and maintain reliability within their campuses and building units.

What about data security and compliance?

We are very serious about data governance. No customer information data is saved in our servers. Also, our software can be installed completely offline or within company-wide on-premise servers. Our software is NERC CIP and GDPR compliant.

Sync is based in Birmingham, AL, USA - and all US-related company data and products is developed and stored within servers located within the United States, by a team based locally. Sync has an international office in Kolkata, India for international businesses.
