We do this through our easy-to-use predictive grid failure analytics tools that leverage machine learning and big data to improve resiliency against severe storms and other disasters. Initial pilot project results have shown over 80% accuracy in predicting the sources of outages. Our platform enables cities, electric cooperatives, municipalities, electric utilities and insurance professionals to run complex simulations in a no-code analytics environment. We specialize in predicting climate-related risks to critical infrastructure. We excel at visualizing disruptions to the electric grid network, weeks in advance of incidents.

PROPIETARY WEATHER TUNNEL
Using computational fluid dynamics, we subject utility assets to anticipated weather conditions during extreme weather events. Then, by using Monte-Carlo simulations, and pre-trained machine learning models, we can estimate the risk of each asset when exposed to a wildfire, snowstorm or a hurricane.

Sync has an industry-leading no-code intuitive platform for creating custom workflows, and simulations to compute the network's resilience. Since Sync can directly plug-in to CYME and ESRI ArcGIS files, running complex event simulations takes only a few clicks.
SIMULATION EXTENSIONS
In late 2021, we are launching the capability to extend our platform by adding external capabilities like detecting EVs in the network, alternate fuel vehicles, and microgrid analytics. Also, utilities can bring in their existing codes/macros to the platforms using these Extensions.
